This is the section for the new 5th generation games which are due to be released this Autumn. Expect to see updates appearing here whenever information is released.

The new game much like the current fourth generation games utilises the 3D engine, but in the Fifth generation of games, it is taken to an amazing new level where there is an entire city in full 3D, the Pokémon Center is also in full 3D.

There are various new changes to the battles as well which include the new triple battle,which is a 3-on-3 battle with 3 Pokémon out on each side at the same time. It is currently unknown how thiswill effect battling, similar to double battles. There is also a new area located on the battle screen, where you pick Fight, Pokémon, Bag and run, it is located in the top-right of the screen and shows the weather status. An aesthetic change they have made to the battle is how the camera is always moving. On certain attacks the camera will zoom into the Pokémon using that attack. The camera also does various other features.
